- Will repay a zero-down payment, interest-free mortgage over an average 25 years

- Floors, windows, cabinets, flooring materials, toilets, sinks, plumbing and electrical fixtures, "energy star" appliances 5 years or newer, etc.
- They can issue a tax receipt for the fair market value of the goods you donate
